Carol Milters

Writer, speaker Mental Health in the Workplace, Burnout & Workaholism

Born in Brazil and living in the Netherlands since 2017, I write, research and share healthier ways of working.

When writing and producing content from my own experience with anxiety, depression and panic caused by Burnout, my purpose is to raise awareness about mental health at work and Burnout syndrome, inspiring people to prioritise compassion as a tool for individual transformation and social.
